Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account → Confirm

How do I become a guide?

Settings → Become a Guide → Choose your tier (Basic, Pro, or Elite)

How do I report a user?

Open the user's chat or profile → tap "..." menu → Report

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Puffin → Cancel

Refund requests?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Why can't I find guides in my city?

Puffin is growing! If your city has few or no guides, please email us — we'll prioritize expanding there.
